If you would like to play wheechair basketball in an open scrimmage setup at the McDermott Athletic Center in Rio Rancho, let us know by sending an email to kw.chairball@gmail.com.   They have traditionally held an open night on Wednesdays for adult basketball pickup games.  They have four half court hoops there and there's almost always room for wheelchair basketball scrimmaging on at least one of these half courts.  Whether disabled or not, if you like wheelchair basketball, this would be a great way of showcasing our game play alongside of other basketball athletes.
